DashProphet is operated by Cruz Street, a data analytics consulting firm based in Vero Beach, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through this website (dashprophet.com) and how we use it. It does not cover the DashProphet product application, which is governed by its own terms as part of your service agreement.
What we collect
When you request a demo, we collect the information you submit through our form: your name, work email, company name, and any message you include. That information is processed through HubSpot, the CRM we use to manage inquiries and follow up with you.
Like most websites, we also generate basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through Cloudflare, our hosting and content delivery provider. We may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use this site — which pages get traffic, how people navigate, and where to improve.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site, and we don’t share your information with ad networks.
How long we keep it
Demo request submissions are kept as business records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our records.
Your rights
You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it. We will respond to reasonable requests.
Third parties we use
This site relies on a small set of vendors to operate: HubSpot processes demo-request submissions, and Cloudflare hosts the site and handles basic traffic logging. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf — none of them are permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we collect or use information through this site, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
